CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER – Dianne Westthorp

Having worked through several long term roles with Government and private enterprise organisations Dianne has amassed extensive operational and organisational experience over some 30 years and has been in a senior management role with the Group since 1998 having managed many facets of the Group’s property and various other interests.

MANAGER – INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT – Don Cole BSc., MBA, FAICD, FAIM, MCIM, MCMI, ACIL

Don has worked in many locations around the world, including various parts of Europe, the Middle East and Australia. His career has mostly been in increasingly senior management positions in different industries, including wholesale chemicals ( Dow Chemical, Monsanto, Bayer), agricultural and dairy food products (J E England & Sons, Unigate) and optometry and hearing care (Laubman and Pank, Sonic Innovations). His background and expertise is in general management, strategic planning and business development, and developing and managing major international sales markets.

MANAGER - TECHNICAL & CLIENT SERVICES – Rebecca Daniels CPA BA Acc DipFrntLnMg

Rebecca has previously held a number of senior positions that have provided a comprehensive mix of technical, financial, project and general management experiences in diverse commercial and international markets. Most recently, she spent 5 years in one of the world’s largest mining companies assisting in the strategic direction of their finance sector and customer relations. Prior to that, she was a financial software consultant successfully implementing financial solutions across a vast array of industries.

MANAGER – SALES AND MARKETING - Greg Anderson

Greg is a former Australian Rules Football player. He played on the wing and was recruited to Essendon from Port Adelaide (where he won the 1987 Magarey Medal), making his VFL debut in 1988. He went on to move to his home state for 1993, with the Adelaide Crows. His career ended in 1996 and he has remained in Adelaide where he is married with children. Greg’s sales and marketing experience covers many facets from Radio Advertising with 5AA to Direct Retail and most recently heading up the sales and marketing for Australian Live TV – the KG and the General live talkback sports show averaging a daily audience of some 50,000 people.

MANAGER – FINANCE SERVICES – Lee Hunt

Lee’s background comprises predominantly Banking having served almost 35 years with State Bank of SA and then Bank SA as it is currently known. Lee worked his way through all bank operations ending in Business Client Account Management and brings a vast amount of qualified experience in the loan applications and qualifications arena.

LICENSEE, NZ - Allan MacDonald, M.Inst.Dir (NZ)

Allan’s business career spans some 34 years in New Zealand, predominantly in Sales and Marketing, General Management and CEO positions. Experienced in starting new operations and building strong teams. Latterly he has been more involved in Corporate Governance roles for several local companies through his Directorships. He has a broad business background, gained working for companies such as Mobil Oil, Sony, Carter & Spencer Group. Presently Director of some 20 New Zealand domiciled Businesses and Trustee of Clan Donald Lands Trust in Scotland.

With over 30years experience in Chartered Accounting firms Justin heads up a qualified team of people and has been associated with the Charterhill Group for 23 years in the accounting and taxation client services field.
